Mr.Wentao Liu, has more than 10 years IT and teaching experience. In his earlier career, he worked as a software developer and network engineer for China's telecommunication carriers, such as China telecom. Then he taught java programming and data structures in colleges. He also co-founded a test center of National Qualification Certificate of Computer and Software Technology Proficiency in P.R.China He was a contracted offshore project manager of well known Oracle OutcomeLogix application. Recently, he co-founded a new startup landed in the area of cloud computing and mobile application development. He is eager to open source projects. In China, he co-developed online video conference bridge Onemeeting derived from Apache Openmeetings.
